Tuyen Ho
Founder
tuyenho@rimcapitalus.comMr. Tuyen has over 25 years of experience in advising on M&A, capital raising exercises, and private equity corporate.
Before establishing RIM Invest, he held key positions such as CFO, CEO, and Vice CEO across diverse companies such as Coca-Cola, Green Feed Vietnam, Hung Viet Capital, VTA Mobile & Laptop Retail, Saigon Mekong Invest, Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Trung Nguyen Group, Dat Xanh Group, DonaCoop, etc.
Mr. Tuyen is currently Executive President, Co-founder and M&A advisor at RIM Invest JSC, providing advisory services to clients such as corporate structuring, investment banking, asset management, real estate advisory, and education & coaching. In addition, he was appointed as member of the board and member of the audit committee for both Rang Dong Holding JSC and Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation.
He also serves as a chairman of the credit rating committee for Vietjet Aviation JSC, Thanh Thanh Cong Investment JSC, etc. in Saigon Ratings, a strategic partner with Fitch Learning and Asian Development Bank (ADB). Mr. Tuyen holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, MBA, and DBA. He is also a teacher at University of Economics & Finance (UEF), Vietnam, as well as vice president of Business Development Institution (BDI).
